Pizzadillas

Ingredients

4 x wholemeal wraps or tortillas

Paul Newman’s Own Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce

8 slices spicy salami

1/4 cup olives, roughly chopped

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced

1/2 cup mozarella cheese, shredded

Method

Spread 3-4 tablespoons pasta sauce over two of the wraps. Divide the salami and other ingredients across two wraps. Cover with the remaining wraps. Heat a little oil on a large non-stick frying pan and cook each pizzadilla for about 3 minutes on each side or until golden. Cut into quarters and serve.
