Balsamic Beet Salad

Ingredients

4 x mid sized beetroots, cooked and quartered

1/2 cup hazelnuts( or walnuts), toasted then roughly chopped

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

2 tbsp thyme leaves

Paul Newman’s Own Balsamic Dressing

Method

Combine all ingredients and then dress with Balsamic Dressing then season to taste.
